About our business

We are a small family business based in the village of Catherine-de-Barnes in Solihull.

About our Logs

Our logs are processed from mixed hardwoods felled locally as a result of arbourcultural work. We receive ‘waste’ wood from tree surgeons and contractors, grade and process it into logs and then store it in dry conditions until it is seasoned and ready to be used as firewood.

We get a large variety of native broad leaf tree species, we tend to sell oak on its own and ash when we have it. Other common species such as sycamore, beach & birch will make up our mixed hardwood product.

We deliver logs in the Solihull area. Our free delivery area includes Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge, Chadwick End, Hockley Heath, Lapworth, Balsall Common, Berkswell, Hampton-in-Arden, Meriden, Coleshill, Water Orton, Hall Green, Shirley, Earlswood, Dickens Heath & Cheswick Green.

Our logs are sold in cubic meters. For a small fee we will stack your logs for you providing there is suitable access. Visit our shop for details
